Blood Donation Campaign: Collaboration of Sohojogi Foundation & Bangladesh Thalassemia Samity.

Sohojogi Foundation organized a blood donation campaign in collaboration with the Bangladesh Thalassemia Samity (BTS) on 16th December 2024, celebrating the spirit of Victory Day. With the inspiring slogan “Let’s donate blood to honor the revolutionary spirit,” the campaign aimed to collect blood for children battling thalassemia — a lifelong struggle that requires regular transfusions and constant medical care. These young patients face immense challenges, from physical weakness and fatigue to the emotional burden of depending on others for survival. Understanding their pain, volunteers and donors from across Dhaka city came together with compassion and purpose, extending a lifeline through their selfless contributions. Through this heartfelt initiative, Sohojogi Foundation not only honored the pride of our nation’s victory but also illuminated the enduring values of humanity, unity, and hope.
