This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for donations, contributions, or payments made to our organization.
All donations made to Sohjogi Foundation are non-refundable.
Once a donation has been received, it is immediately used to support our ongoing social development projects and community welfare programs.
However, if you believe your donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proper details.
If the error is verified, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
If you have paid a registration fee for a workshop, training, or event organized by Sohjogi Foundation:
Refund requests made 7 days before the event date will be accepted.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event or after it has started.
If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another event.
Membership or partnership payments are non-refundable, as they support our operational and administrative costs.
If you believe a payment was made by mistake, please contact us immediately for review.
In case of duplicate payments or transaction errors due to technical issues, please email us with the payment details and proof of transaction.
After verification, the extra payment will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
